• I will not hold any rabbits without a 50% non-refundable deposit. If I have to hold rabbits for more then three weeks I will ask for full payment. Deposit or full payment must arrive within one week. By paying the deposit you are asking me to hold the rabbit. It is not yet yours until paid in full so I have the right to pull out of the sell at any time in the best interest in the animal.
  
  METHODS OF PAYMENT: Cash or Money Order Only!

• Delivering Rabbits to National Show or Convention: I will deliver any "for sale" rabbits to any National Show or Convention I am attending provided I have room for transport, if I do not have room or am not attending I may be able to arrange ground transport. Either way you are responsible for all fees.

• When meeting me at a show for pick up you are the one responsible for finding me and the rabbits. I will have a white board that says "PRECIOUS FUZZY FARM" They must be picked up by 12 NOON or it will be placed back up for sale. If the rabbit you are picking up is entered in the show and you are unable to stay I will ask that you refund the entry fee.

• I will be up front about the rabbits and their condition, so I expect the buyer to be up front with me.

• There will be 4-H and FFA discounts (usually $10 off, depending on rabbit) If you provide proof of membership. Also multiple rabbit discounts (3 or more)

• No rabbits will be used for meat!

• If you buy a rabbit from me and later decide you cannot keep it or do not want it. It is welcome back here with me. I will ask that you bring it's cage, feed and water bowls due to the fact that I may not have cage space and it can take time to find the rabbit a new home. Once the rabbit is placed you will be contacted to come pick up your cage. You will not be refunded any money.

• If you are a youth please make sure you have your parents permission before contacting me about any for sale animals. SERIOUS INQURIES ONLY!

• All rabbits are handled from birth. They are used to dogs, cats and kids. After the rabbits leaves my care I have no control over temperament, because all rabbits will act differently in different environments. If you run into any problems contact me and I will do my best to help you.
  
• We are a closed rabbitry... no visitors except by appointment

• Show Quality $75+ Show quality rabbits are sold with a pedigree and are free of disqualifications at the time of sale. It is the buyers job to check the rabbit over at the time of pick up, because I can miss things to. If you ask I will go over the rabbit with you to the best of my ability. Show quality means that I think the rabbit is a good example of the breed. It does not guarantee that the rabbit will win or place. I cannot guarantee a rabbit sold as a junior will stay with in the weight limit for a senior (4 pounds) I cannot guarantee that a blue rabbit will never develop white toenails

• Brood Quality $60+ Brood quality rabbits are sold with a pedigree at the time of sale. They may or may not have disqualifications If they do have disqualifications it will not keep them from producing offspring. I cannot guarantee that if a rabbit produced for me it will produce for you.

• Pet Quality $50Pets are not sold with pedigrees. They are just meant to be loved. Some pets may have disqualifications or in my opinion just do not fit the standard well enough to be a show or breeding rabbit. Some pets may be older retired show or brood rabbits.
